Green Revolution: WPCMs reshape patio aesthetics
Focusing on WPCMs and renewable timber technologies as well as introducing pollution-free, recyclable outdoor building materials solutions, the Asia Timber Framing Expo 2026 will showcase products covering WPC boardwalk, wood-like fencing, outdoor furniture and modular wooden cabin, perfectly meeting the needs of natural texture and environmental protection performance. Through comparative experiments on the weather resistance and insect resistance of traditional wood and WPCM, the extra-long lifespan for 25 years and low-carbon feature of WPCMs will be tangibly shown, providing a green choice of “ready for use upon installation” to patio, balcony and eco-friendly homestay sectors and facilitating the trends of building a flower city.
Natural Harmony: Convergence between timber construction and gardening ecosystem
The Expo, with “timber constructions as backbone and plants as flesh” as its core philosophy, will set up an example zone of real-life-based wooden garden. By integrating timber structures including kiosk, tree house, pergola into ecological designs such as vertical greenery, moss wall and rain garden, the zone will vividly demonstrate a future picture that constructions are in harmony with the nature. In addition, various household timber structure architects will be invited to share insights on the design logic of zen-style patios in eastern countries and sustainable timber cabins in northern Europe, introducing applicable and feasible solutions of natural living for high-end housing and cultural tourism projects.
Tech Breakthrough: Full-chain solutions for outdoor scenarios
The Asia Timber Framing Expo 2026 will receive the debuts of more than 30 innovative technologies across the chain ranging from improved WPCM formulas, anti-corrosion processing techniques to smart assembly technologies. Meanwhile the Expo will also launch UV-protection WPC floors, fire-resistant timber structure connectors, AI-designed prefabricated timber cabin systems and other products, addressing the long-existing problems of deformation, discoloration and maintenance in outdoor space. Thematic zones will also be established to set up a “moveable garden timber cabin” on site in collaboration with the KOLs from RedNote, demonstrating a tangible business roadmap from materials to commercialization.
Global Think Tank: Driving cross-sector co-existence
The Expo enhances the efficient allocation within the global resources by breaking the limits of geography, enabling countries to participate in different sections of the global new material industry chain basing on their own advantages. It also strengthens the communication and collaboration within the chain and improves the resiliency as well as coordination efficiency of the chain. This is conducive to better capabilities of the improved supply chain layout to cope with risks when facing up with various uncertainties, which ensures stable raw material supply and unimpeded product flow, providing strong supports to the stable development of the global new material industry.
